At The AI Chicks, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, services, and merchandise. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Services
Due to the digital nature of many of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Digital products

  • Workshops

  • Consulting services

  • Speaking engagements

  • GPTs and avatar creation

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction or lack of results.

Merchandise (Fulfilled by Third-Party Providers)
All merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party providers (such as Printful). As a result, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theaichicks.com.

Your request must include:

  • Your order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the problem

We will review your request and, if eligible, submit a claim with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue. Eligibility for replacements or refunds will be determined in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
