Welcome to The AI Chicks, LLC. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or services, or participating in our programs (including courses, workshops, consulting, speaking engagements, digital products such as GPTs and avatars, merchandise, podcasts, and related services), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Use of Services
All content, products, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You agree to use our services lawfully and not misuse, copy, or distribute our materials without permission.
2. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided by The AI Chicks, LLC constitutes legal, financial, business, technical, medical, or psychological advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making decisions based on the information presented.
3. Payments and Purchases
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize The AI Chicks, LLC to charge the stated price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, courses, digital products, workshops, consulting services, speaking engagements, GPTs, and avatar creation.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction or lack of results.
For merchandise fulfilled through third-party providers (such as Printful), all sales are also final. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
However, if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@theaichicks.com within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the issue (such as photos). We will review the issue and, if eligible, submit a claim with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including courses, videos, podcasts, frameworks, GPTs, avatars, branding, and materials, are owned by The AI Chicks, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
6. Consulting and Custom Services
For consulting services, GPT creation, avatar creation, and other custom work, deliverables are provided based on the agreed scope of work.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, clients are granted ownership and usage rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them. However, The AI Chicks, LLC retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, prompts, and processes used to create such deliverables.
Clients are solely responsible for how they use any deliverables, including GPTs, avatars, and other AI-generated assets. This includes, without limitation, any content, statements, outputs, or actions generated by or through such deliverables.
The AI Chicks, LLC is not responsible for how clients deploy, modify, or use these deliverables, and is not liable for any outcomes, claims, damages, or consequences arising from their use or misuse.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of these services.
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may reference or recommend third-party tools and platforms including AI tools, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), email platforms, and analytics tools. The AI Chicks, LLC is not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.
8. Merchandise
All merchandise is provided subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or issues caused by third-party manufacturers or shipping providers, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Chicks, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our content, products, or services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services, products, and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The AI Chicks, LLC, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) your use or misuse of the Services;
(b) your use, deployment, or modification of any deliverables, including GPTs, avatars, or other AI-generated assets;
(c) any content, outputs, statements, or actions generated by or through such deliverables; or
(d) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from how you choose to use AI-generated content in your business, communications, marketing, or operations.
12. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings from our programs, services, or products. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
13. Community Guidelines
If you participate in our community or events:
Be respectful and professional
Do not share harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Do not promote or spam without permission
We are not responsible for user-generated content and reserve the right to remove content or revoke access.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
